Service Description
Let’s Capture Your Pet’s Personality—In Their Own Space! Your pet’s personality is one-of-a-kind, and I’m here to capture it in the place where they’re most comfortable. Whether it’s your dog curled up on the couch or your horse grazing in the pasture, these sessions are about creating natural, authentic images that tell your pet’s unique story. I’ll document their true essence—their quirks, their spirit, and those unforgettable moments you love most. From cats and dogs to horses, chickens, and more, I’m ready to capture the unique traits that make your pet special, no matter their species. How the Booking Process Works: Request to Book When you request a session, you won’t be charged upfront. This simply lets me know you’re interested and helps me check availability. Consultation Once I review your request, I’ll reach out to schedule a quick consultation to chat about your pet and the session details. During this consultation, we’ll confirm the location and discuss any travel charges that may apply for distances beyond 15 miles from my home in Salt Lake City or location-specific fees. We’ll also agree on the total cost of the session so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Securing Your Spot After the consultation, I’ll send an invoice for a $40 non-refundable retainer to secure your session. Once the retainer is received, your booking will be confirmed. No Surprise Fees Once we agree on the session details and pricing during the consultation, you can rest easy knowing there will be no surprise charges later on. Edited Digital Files After your session, you’ll receive the final edited images in digital .jpeg format.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation by Recipient: The Recipient may cancel the session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time. In such cases, the Recipient will be entitled to a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time will result in the forfeiture of all payments, including the retainer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within this period, and the Recipient is encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling by Recipient: The Recipient may request to reschedule the session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may incur additional fees at the Provider's discretion. All rescheduled sessions must be completed within 12 months of the original session date. Payments made, including the retainer, will not be refunded or credited in the event of a reschedule. Cancellation by Provider: The Provider reserves the right to cancel the session at any time. In the event of cancellation by the Provider, the Recipient will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the session without p
